All youve showed me isnt convincing. Firstly when nagato used it he had to sync with it in order for it to operate. If deva can use it, its fair to say that nagato being in a wheel chair mustve felt its effect.

You literally made me lol at your response. You are still not convinced even after the manga scans CLEARLY show that the dragons used to seal the bijuu and the ones that seal hanzo's men are exactly the same.
This alone should be more than enough evidence for anyone who isn't actively trying to blind themselves.

Now you are saying that "it should have affected nagato just like the first time he used it" Could it be that after nagato had those chakra rods permanently jabbed in his back that he was synced with gedo mazo and didn't have to go through that painful process again every time he summons/uses the statue?

Or the way in which its used differs therefore its effect on the user also differs. When nagato used it as an offensive weapon he had to sync with it. Whilst if its used for the Sealing Technique;Phantom Dragons Nine Consuming Seals he doesnt need to sync with it. Either because its serving a different purpose (sealing tailed beasts) or its functioning due to akatsuki's members chakra

First the bolded.... its obviously independent of the akatsuki member's chakra as it is explicitely stated that the akatsuki members being there is not a requirement, it just speeds up the process. This is why nagato is still able to seal bijuu's into the statue even after akatsuki members are killed.

lets see how the technique differs.

When nagato first uses it:
- the dragons come out of gedo mazo's mouth
- then swallow a ninja's body
-and then the ninja's soul/chakra leaves his body and enters the statues mouth, effectively being sealed into the statue.

When deva uses it on a jink:
- the dragons come out of gedo mazo's mouth
- then swallow the jink's body
-and then the jink's soul/chakra (aka bijuu) leaves his body and enters the statue's mouth, effectively being sealed into the statue.

Seems EXACTLY the same to me. Deva seals the bijuu chakra into the statue, nagato sealed hanzo's men's chakra into the statue, killing them. There is no difference.

1-nagato starts having deva use huge shinra tensei-kills everyone except for itachi and anyone itachi was able to save
2-deva uses chibaku tensei to finish off itachi and the others-(if you are going by the theory that susanoos attack was 1/3 of what is needed to destroy CT, do you really think the few survivors would have enough to make up for the lack of a TBB and RS?)

Nagato. Weather itachi has susanoo or not once the gedo mazo is summoned and he releases the sealing dragons it's all over. Getting close to him will be impossible b cuz of the paths, fire techniques will be absorbed and Kunai repelled. The only chance is that Itachi, being the intelligent person he is along with his dad may come up with a plan that might work..then again who knows how big the konoha police fore was.

I know it's his weakness but Tsukuyomi requires eye contact and Nagato is well aware of that therefore, I doubt he will look in his eyes, after all he has 7 sights... he can easily determine what Itachi is going to do without looking at his eyes, he already did it as a matter of fact

This is what I think after watching all anime and chapters:
the paths have a shared vision so it only requires itachi to look at any path in the eye and the others would fall for the genjutsu as well. Also, Itachi was shown to use genjutsu by his finger on naruto. I bet nagato doesn't know that trick

Gedo Mazo would be doing most of the work lol I mean that statue could wipe the entire police force swiftly with those dragons coming out from its mouth as its instant death upon touching it. Ultimately, it would be Itachi left against Nagato, 6 Paths and Gedo Mazo, which Itachi would loose.
