Nagato can use every mainstream Jutsu there is.

[Midday]

He mastered all elements at 11 or something, i'm not finding the page. So he could do pretty much any element Jutsu.

[Exaar]

According to jiraiya he mastered all 6 nature types when he was 10 Years old. So technically he could Use any elemental jutsu.

Jiraiya also stated he could use Any type of Ninjutsu he desired to use (obviously excluding KKG/Kekkei Tōta)

[Renpatsu Dei]

He could potentially learn every elemental technique that isn't a hiden tech or is a kekkai genkai.

[vasu 32]

Well of-course,he can.Didn't he used an advanced version of Yamaka mind control or something related to control the 6 paths and extracted information from Shizune as if it was nothing?
He did master all the techniques and every single nature type at the age of 10-11.

[genii96]

Nagato already mastered all chakra natures by 10,even ying and yang release. Not sure about kkg though,,but aside from those,he can learn any other jutsu. Thats one trick of the rinnegan

[Beauty Busty Beast]

Only Uchiha have used the Great Fireball technique in the manga. It's their right of passage. The anime gave it to everyone. Even Kakashi despite him not having fire nature chakra. But the nature itself isn't restricted to Uchiha.

no they didn't, look at the pain arc. someone used the fireball technique on preta patch
