I was just reading Jiraiya vs Pain and Jman said that Nagato can use all chakra natures, mastered every jutsu Jman taught him, and even learned every mainstream type of jutsu. This means that Nagato is capable of using s rank fire, lightning, earth, water, and wind spells. He is also capable of using several techniques Jman has displayed. What do you guys think about this. Is it ok to assume Nagato can use techs like Great fireball technique or water dragon ?

He hasnt shown any feats with his regular elemental release, but according to hype then he should be able to master any nature that he's taught.

The Rinnegan allows him to "type manipulate" all 5 elements.... Thus making it easier for him to use the jutsu...

But what about Kakashi? No rinnegan and still able to use most of the mainstream Jutsu

Only Uchiha have used the Great Fireball technique in the manga. It's their right of passage. The anime gave it to everyone. Even Kakashi despite him not having fire nature chakra. But the nature itself isn't restricted to Uchiha.
