im not saing itachi>nagato or nagato>itachi but even if nagato could break out of tsukuyomi it would be useless because itachi can alter time in tsukuyomi if it only takes nagato 1 second to break out it would feel like 3 days and he would possebly be over by then

How could u say that when he couldnt even break the sage genjutsu and for the last time itachi did not use tsukiyomi on sasuke we all know that tech takes you to an imaginary world where itachi manipulates time and breaks your will the genjutsu used on sasuke showed no resemblence to the dream world nor was sasuke trapped in it for what could have been 3 weeks if itachi pleased

If only he had REALIZED he was in Tsukuyomi he could just snap out of it like Nagato could if he could sense he was under genjutsu? This, my friend, is some dumb logic. I love how this whole debate on whether Nagato or Itachi is better rotates around whether or not Nagato can break out of Tsukuyomi. Do you know why this is?

Because everyone knows that Itachi is screwed any other way!

Also, did anyone think that Nagato might just NOT look into Itachi's eyes. After all he has experience with Tobi. Not to mention he has war experience. Jiraiya probably taught him about genjutsu as well.
Interesting how people think Tsukuyomi is "sooo" hard to avoid when all you have to do is not look into Itachi's eyes.

In short: Tsukuyomi happens in an instant, can't be stopped even by a partner unless the target is an Uchiha, and controls time within the Jutsu making an instant last as long as 3 days.

Sasuke's genjutsu against Bee exhibits none of those qualties. If Sasuke would have used Tsukuyomi, Bee would have bee crippled by Tsukuyomi in the instant he was under it because Tsukuyomi can make an instant last 3 days.

The best argument you can make that Sasuke used Tsukuyomi on Bee is that Sasuke's Tsukuyomi sucks compared to Itachi's Tsukuyomi.

So even if Nagato can break Tsukuyomi (which he can't) the instant Nagato would be under it would last 72 hours crippling Nagato.

Itachi's Tsukuyomi would defeat every ninja except Sasuke*, Madara, and Tobi** the instant the fight started because Itachi's Sharingan are always active. I'd say Gai had a chance but Itachi would Amaterasu him.. lol

I guess the 8 summons he has cant wake him up...An i guess instead of using his eyes to see itachi, He cant use those eight summons. Not to mention im pretty sure i read the eye genjutsu doesnt work on the rinnegan...

Kakashi said the effect cannot be canceled, you guessed right.
Even if Nagato did use the eight summons to see Itachi, since they all share visions, Itachi could Tsukuyomi one of them and put them all under along with Nagato at the same time. That's why Kakashi told Asuma and what's her face to shut their eyes.

lol it doesn't work on rennigan? perharps you have forgotten that nagato did not have a sharingan to begin with, only a sharingan user (not a rennigan user) and an Uchiha can dispel tsukyomi.

If that was the case then when j man put those 2 paths under gejutsu the others would of been under it aswell. Itachi can still lose focus because he's being attacked by 8 summons an wwe both know he would. But no it might of been the byukagun...or i might be makin this up from somethin i thought i saw...i cant remember
