on the latest manga chapter why was nagato holding itachi or itachi holding nagato ?

is it because theyre friends or what... just asking

but if somebody summons somebody via iwr he is completly healthy for example when sasuke killed deidara he didnt have arms and when he ressuructed him he was healthy so why not nagato
