Nice try but Uchiha Madara weaved three handsigns to use the technique whereas in the page you presented, Nagato uses Divine Attractor to attract both Naruto and a random boulder. You can obviously see the swaying movement of Nagato's hand, one at the boulder and one at Naruto hence what Nagato did was not the Meteorite technique but he just pulled in a random boulder.
