Mystical Chapter 3: The Journey Begins
(Melody, Fangs, Mike, Lupus, and Pantatharus after stepping foot through the portal arrive in a dimension relatively new to all of them. The world they have come across is heavily populated with trees practically everywhere. The group wastes no time and proceeds forward to try to find the next song sheet that will help them get closer to the Dimension of the Mortuus. While walking past the countless trees Mike finds a log cabin located near a mountain about a few hundred feet from them.)
Mike: (points to the log cabin) Hey guys over there look!
*The group turns their heads in the direction Mike is pointing*
Mike: A Log cabin.. thank god maybe we can ask for directions or something.
Fangs: (rolls her eyes) You guys can ask for directions all you want... I'm gonna go in there ask for a shower if they have one, lay on a nice comfortable bed, and go to sleep.
Melody: (To Fangs) Hey.. You realize we have a job to do, right?
*Fangs ignores Melody's question and skips toward the log cabin in a lethargic fashion*
Melody: (Yell) FANGS....FANGS!!!.. She's so annoying sometimes..... I guess we have to follow her
*Melody and the others trail Fangs as she walks towards the Log Cabin. They then all enter the cabin with an unknown aroma catching all of them by surprise. The cabin was much bigger inside then it appeared to be outside. The decor consisted of seats that were just a log sawed in half vertically with legs attached, trophies of various sporting events, and several weapons such as guns, axes, etc. Melody looks around the room and finds it strange that there are no animal hides located around which are very common for people who live in log cabins to have*
Mike: Wow. This is a nice place.. I always wanted to live that Log Cabin lifestyle.
*Mike stands on top of the Log chair and holds one of the guns in a cowboy fashion garnering a chuckle from Melody*
*A man suddenly appears from behind a desk with a name tag that read "Manager"*
Manager: Hello, Welcome to the Log Cabin Motel. Would you like a room?
Melody: No, actually we are--
Fangs: (Interrupting Melody) Sure we'd love a room. I would like a deluxe 4-bedroom, 3- bathroom suite.. with a view ..
Lupus: Fangs, you know we can't stay here.. plus how are we going to even pay for all that stuff.
Manager (smiling): No, no it's fine you won't have to pay a thing it's complimentary.
Lupus, Mike, and Melody (confused): Really?
Fangs: (ecstatic): Really!
Manager: Of course, just sign this and you're all set.
*The Manager takes out a piece of paper from the bottom of his desk. Melody signs her name in the space provided. The Manager shows them to their suite*
Manager: If you have any questions at all let me know
*But before the group even has time to think he scurries away*
Melody: Okay guys, we're only gonna stay her one night and that's it.. if you're not up in the morning Fangs ... I'm leaving you right here.
Fangs: Fine... just relax guys come on we got this whole suite for free.
Lupus: Yeah, but don't you guys think there's a catch to this whole thing, because I mean come on.... who just gives away a deluxe suite like this for free.

jumping on the bed with childlike joy) I guess he does.... maybe he's just nice I mean not everyone seeks to get something in return.
*Lupus not convinced walks over towards Melody who is assessing the situation as well*
Lupus: You're not buying this are you?
Melody: No, I'm gonna keep my eyes open just in case something goes down.
Lupus: Yeah, me too.
*Nighttime arrives. Melody and Lupus who were the most skeptical about the Managers generosity have themselves fallen asleep after planning to make sure they stay awake. Meanwhile in another part of the Log Cabin Hotel a shadowy figure appears in front of the door of a suite. The figure proceeds to walk inside the room and looks around for something. It looks in the bedroom of the suite and finds a man in a deep slumber. The figure performs some kind of magic that prevents the man from making a sound and drags him out of his room*
Man: (after getting his voice back) W-Who are you?
*The man looks down and notices he is sitting on a seal bound by invisible rope*
Man: What.. is this seal for?
*The figure says nothing and stands in front of the man. He then laughs hysterically and thrusts his hand inside the mouth of the man pulling out his a blue mass that turns out to be his soul*
Man: (screaming) H-help....ME...Pl--
*The man's pleas for help are cut off by his soul being ripped completely from his body killing him. The figure then ingests the soul of the victim. After stepping from the shadows he is revealed to be no other than the Manager*
Manager: Well.. that must be the best soul I have had in days.. I can't wait to have a taste of their souls (grins).
