The Statue in Kaguya's castle at the Beginning of the Boruto Movie. I posted a screenshot...don't know why you can't see it.

if it is a real plot point, then i can tell you exactly what the statue is, what his plot relevence will be, and what his powers are.
he is the head of the ootsutsuki clan and final villain of the boruto series, and has no motivations whatsoever, just a general malevolence. his powers are that he has about fifty Sharinnegan on his body, as well as tenseigan and a forehead tenseisharinnebyakugan, and on top of that has more chakra than a hundered juubi's stacked on top of eachother. he has no personality, or even lines, and is forgotten ten seconds after he is killed by boruto and sarada's son, who uses some kind of crazy chidorasengan and becomes the 10th hokage.
or, much more likely, he was a background statue with no plot relevance.

He can be the threat that Kaguya feared as I hardly see Kaguya fear Momoshiki (Momo has been one shotted by an accademy student).
This statue could be Momo's master, with hundreds of chakra fruits in his pockets.
Momo and Kin would be one of the "harvest team" made to collect chakra fruits in the universe.

It better be Jashin this time! Kaguya already stole his shine in what I thought the whole thing with Hidans belief was leading towards him being the final villian instead.

First time I saw this picture I was convinced I could see a downward triangle (the mark of Jashin) but the more I look at it I think I can make out the band of tomoes going down Kaguya's kimono(?).
I would love it if Kaguya had the snake markings on this statue (Oro's eyeliner). It might explain why Oro is being shown as more and more asexual in the manga (taking over male and female bodies and whatnot). It's probably just Kaguya's statue to herself but who knows. The horns and wizard's sleeves match the Demon Rabbit though.
