Mystery Behind Zetsu (Poll included)

Yo all yall worried about Madara... who the heck is Zetsu, noboby knows anything about him. He can make PERFECT clones of people he touches. Nobody knows his intentions, i mean Kabuto was on Orochi's nuts for the longest time and was on Sasori's at one point, but now we know Kabumaru's real intentions. Zetsu just carries out orders, have crazy jutsu that fools people with MS and Byakugan, and has been "recording" battles since the beginning of akatsuki and probably beforehand.

Where is Zetsu from? does he have family? Is he some1's experiment? Whats with the siamese twin and dual personalities? Why is Madara so protective of Zetsu? Why is Zetsu a bargaining chip between Kabumaru and Madara? Why does Zetsu avoid battle at all times or only enters battle with only half of his being?....


Any answers with proof via manga or Kishi interview please post here cause as you can see I have alot of questions to be answered about this guy.

zetsu is from village hidden in grass, and the white side of zetsu was made in an expiriment (cant remember who), and i think that madara is so protective of zetsu beacause zetu is making bodies for madara, beacause madara's real body is in possesion of kabuto(the last coffin + which is why they are bargaining to get it back) so when ever madara is injsred in battle zetsu makes him another, limb organ ect.. there is plenty proof of this in the manga, you just have to find it xD also white zetsu can make perfect bodys, and copies but black zetsu is 1 with the earth, which is why he can travel through ground and trees and stuff

He and Madara are the only missing ninja who dont have a forhead protector to identify where they are truely from. I think the better question like you proposed is "What the hell is Zetsu"

Its known that the 100k White zetsu clones were made/grown by Madara from demon chakra/ the demon statue in thier base. Think its shown in the Manga Chapter The Truth about Zetsu. I think it goes like this.

Demon statue(demon chakra) was sitting all Zen like.
Lotus(flower)
long trunk
Harashimas cells (Yamatos currently plugged in to the same place)
Roots
100k White zetsu clones

I'd vote for the last two choices on the poll but I dont want to do a half assed vote thats not really represnative of my thoughts. Also in theory orochimaru was working on expermenting with the implantation of Harishmas cells, and in the anime only( he says that hes going to use "that originization" to gain immortality) so Madara/Orochimaru could have been in kahootz. Orochimarus experments + his knowladge of chakra+ Madras resources = Zetsu ?

in previous chapter when Pain explain main purpose of Akatsuki to new member Hidan... one of the causes of war due to land issues and it refers to Zetsu who came from villages grass that are known very little.. and for Zetsu make body to Madara that may be true plus he also includes Hashirama cells into the body so minimizing the weaknesses of the body of white Zetsu but I think he also had to use real one's body and the most suspected to be a body of Obito, who had crushed in right part and important have Sharingan eye
