My top 5 worst Naruto Characters

1. Sakura: all she ever does is cry and let naruto save her

2. Hinata i think she has potential but she is to insecure witch makes her useless to everyone

3. Tsunade: out of a 5 kages she has the least amount of power even though she is a member of the Senju clan (by power i mean chakra not physical strength)

4. Shino:with more character development he would be better but his powers are useless to me

5. Kiba: his skills are limited, for example all we ever see him dohis reglar combat and fanf over fang

Sakura can beat Kiba and Shino, just saying... As for Tsunade, she's a really good Shinobi that doesn't deserve to be on this list. If it wasn't for her healing abilities, the Kages would've bitten the dust a long time ago.
