@Icelerate I agree with you about Kakashi being on a low-kage list, but I think Tsunade should be on a better tier. I don't think Naruto is at Obito's or Madara's level. It took four people to just break his mask, Naruto included.

Also I'm glad we agree on the tier placement of Tsunade and Kakashi but as for Naruto being on the same tier as Madara and Obito, it is because I didn't want to make too many tiers. Even though Madara and Obito will beat him, both have commented on Naruto being extremely powerful and not to be underestimated. What I mean is that neither Obito or Madara will be able to toy around with Naruto if they want to defeat him unlike the kages, Bee, Gai and Kakashi.

Also Naruto has the most chakra in the Narutoverse barring the S06P and not counting the unlimited chakra edo tensei grants. Furthermore, he is the fastest character currently alive.

Even though Tsunade is more powerful than Kakashi, I think Kakashi is arguably a better ninja as he is more versatile, smart and less wreckless. If we take her abilities as a support character, yes she is above Kakashi because she is better in a team based battle. Anyway I see them as equals.

Right now Edo tensei is finished and is no longer in use. I agree we should use "prime" Kabuto but this is a "current" list as pertained in the OP.

Why, Tenten is better at combat than Ino.

i always thought ino was better because she has shown that she could at least put up a good fight against some high level shinobi like edo asuma and she played a big part in defeating ginkaku (forgot which oneXD) and i guess i havent seen much of tenten's battles

Good points. While I agree with Naruto's feat, I still think that putting him on the same tier is wrong. But, then again, you are right about creating too many tiers. So, another agreement.
