My tier list [ With the currently living characters ]

Demigod

Madara Uchiha: Infinite chakra, perfect Susanoo, immortality, Senju DNA, etc.

Above Kage level

Obito Uchiha: Sharingan, Kamui, Mokuton, Senju DNA, etc.
Naruto Uzumaki: Kurama, chakra reserves, main character, plot no jutsu, etc.

High Kage tier

Sasuke Uchiha: EMS, Susanoo, Amaterasu, skilled genjutsu user, etc.
Killer Bee: The perfect jinchuuriki
Onoki: Jinton, doton wind and katon
Tsunade: High chackra reserves, skilled medical nin, good supporter, physycal strenght, good reflexes, etc.
Orochimaru: The ultimate evil, snakes, edo, etc.

Pretty good list if you ask me.
Still, I think Obito should be between "Demigod" and "Above Kage", because he's much above Naruto's level.

good list, but i disagree with some of your choices such as;
DSM Kabuto should be on above kage level, Gai should be with Kakashi, just because Darui is cool doesnt make him high jonin, Sakura should be high chunin, Shino and choji should be jonin level, Ino should be high chunin maybe even jonin and Tenten should be high chunin

For the most part I think you did a good job on the list...I think Naruto should come down a level it's no way he should be on the same level as Obito when it was 4 on 1, naruto Kakashi Gai and Killer Bee vs Obito and all they did was manage to break his mask and rip off a part of his clothes...I honestly don't believe Sakura is Jounin level yet if you match her up against any Jounin level ninja she's pretty much loses 1 on 1

Well, he called that tier "above Kage level", so Naruto suits there, although hes not as strong as Obito or Madara.

I like this list although Kabuto should be up there with Obito, and Naruto. Take away his edo's then you might as well take away Kurama from Naruto or Senju DNA from Obito.

You need to put Edo-Madara because when he was alive he was never this powerful

Even though Tsunade is more powerful than Kakashi, I think Kakashi is arguably a better ninja as he is more versatile, smart and less wreckless. If we take her abilities as a support character, yes she is above Kakashi because she is better in a team based battle. Anyway I see them as equals.

Right now Edo tensei is finished and is no longer in use. I agree we should use "prime" Kabuto but this is a "current" list as pertained in the OP.
