No, its Madara is Sasuke and Itachi's ancestor and Izuna is Obito and Shisui's.
Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi, and Susano'o = Itachi, Sasuke, and Madara.
Kamui and Kotoamatsukami = Izuna(Maybe), Obito, and Shisui.
My theory is that Obito and Shisui are brothers and Izuna is their great-grandfather and Madara is Itachi and Sasuke's great-grandfather.
