its looks awesome but a little to shiny for a guy like kakashi

It looks kind of... empty. You have a lot of free space, and just 1 picture. I this kind of sigs you must fill the rest of the space. And the main picture should be more contrasting, after all the goal of this sig is to point our attention on the main idea, and this is Kakashi and the text. This is my opinion.

I really like the light/dark contrast, but I think there might be a bit too much light, and not quite enough dark.

you should do some blendings on the sig, the frog under Yondaime isn't even touch, must stain the render

you also killed the sig by adding green border and the green thing with the "MT"

save it as PNG cuz it garantees better quality, if you're using PS, then go to File > Save for Web and Devices
