My Rankings of Shinobi

IMO you started off strong but the list got weaker the further down I went.
Is this list based off their strength or what you've seen that their capable of thus far? The names in bold are the reason why I question it. The ones in red I disagree with. + rep anyway man, it's not a bad list.

I would say capable of at their best.. however, I'm not considering that, for example, sasuke will get stronger. So in his, naruto's, etc.'s case it is their current state. Many of the characters you disagree with I had trouble placing as well haha.

Oh. When then I guess that explains why their where their at. The one that really bugs me dude is Darui's. I'm not a real big fan of him but I feel that everybody thatwas made General of their own squad of thousands is powerful enough to be in the fifth tier. The first five in red except orochimaru should be moved up a tier including Bee and Darui. Kabuto is too high IMO and Sasuke is also too far up on the 4th tier. Zetsu belongs in the 7th tier. We've barely seen much from him.

Nagato, Naruto and Kabuto are clearly above Itachi and Minato, they shouldn't be in the same group.
