[Forbidden Technique]

Umm, aight, so I'm bored as shit. Here's my tier list.

Before I start:

- I tried to position every character within their respective tier from strongest to weakest, a lot are easily interchangeable.
- Some characters may come in multiple forms, but I tried to keep this at a minimum.
- No Edo's
- If characters are missing, chances are they're lame.

Let's begin.

Tier A:

3. EMS Madara (w/ Kyubi)

Good. But I'm assuming you're not including bijuus as part of RG Obito's arsenal? I would add the bold in. Plus, Nagato is stronger than everyone in this tier. I think 6POP would be a better match for this tier.

-Pain should be moved a tier up, he's stronger than everyone in his tier given his trump cards, Deva Path, Preta hax, shared vision, plus a ton of other useful abilities.
-Don't see Gai being a full tier above MS Sasuke, Third Raikage, or Muu.
-Don't see Itachi being a full tier above Gaara, Muu, MS Sasuke, or Kisame.

Don't really care too much about the placements for weaker characters.

Meh, I admittedly don't know much about Nagato. I mostly based his placement on his performance against Itachi, Naruto, and Bee - which wasn't very impressive, but I understand he was being controlled.

-Disagree with 6POP. I think Tobirama, Minato, and MS Kakashi would solo. Gai possibly as well, depending on the stipulation.
-Fast and skilled enough to push JJ Madara back, with a V3 Susano'o busting move he could perform with little exhaustion places him a whole tier above imo. Adding both these factors together, none of those guys are that dangerous.
-I give more credit to the spirit weapons then you do, given manga and databook statements. Take them away, and I'd agree

It's mostly overall power, not placed based on a single match up.

Itachi>Kisame, but Kisame has his chances due to WD.
Could go either way depending on the stipulation.
Depends on how much Hirudoras Gai can produce, and how many the Raikage can withstand. Can't prove anything though.
