Now, I will admit that Obito/Tobi is a rather well done character. All together, you are able to look past a few flaws for when you remember moments such as these in the manga.

All awesome and epic moments from this character. All enough for me to over look Rin flashbacks, him being somewhat naive at first, and his attitude change after the mask came off. But there's ONE thing I am not able to overlook. And that is the outcome of the character. yes yes, It was obvious he'd be redeemed in some way. But it still bugs me. Specifically how easily he gave up in my opinion.

Though, what REALLY irks me is this:

Kisame, what. Two days ago sacrificed his life for Infinite Tsukuyomi. He was that determined to see it. He had THAT much faith in Obito and his plans. But, what happened? Obito crapped out on a greater part of his lifes work for an incredibly insigificant reason in my opinion. And he spat on the grave of Kisame, not literally of course. But he dishonored his sacrifice. For the first time, ever. I hope Madara succeeds. Kisame's death should not be in vain.

Thinking of making a "Obito spat on Kisame's sacrifice" in an USSJ like manner for you Y_Y

Still expecting this from you Mysty.

Yeah i would rather have obito succeed with mugen tsukuyomi then defeated.
Kishi can always asspull his way out of any situation, it would be great to get a glimpse of perfect world as i dont think madara will get any closer.

Tobi was amazing, and then, when the mask shattered, his bad-assery did too. :/

Kisame should have never trusted the pedophile. Tobi was epic, but Obito.........ugh!

If you make that, I would make sure it never dies. U_U.

It would be beautiful.

It wasn't an asspull.

Madara has two important things that no form of Obito ever did, a lot more skill and a underlying slight psychotic-ness which keeps him well and truly emotionally detached.

Madara's eyes gained so much strength, the emotions became so dense that he was driven into a slight madness. It's almost ironic really, what's suppressing his emotions is the emotions themselves.

I can always hope :/. It just bothers me... Obito's resolve beat out the Juubi. But, Naruto can convince him to stop? He should of died trying.

Tobi was greater than Obito. I admit. But Obito wasn't that bad...
Damn I never thought of it that way. That's real.

Exactly!

I agree....Kisame was one of the most loyal ninja in the Manga. I very much like him and I adored his final moments scene. He was one of Kishis imho better written characters.

Obito was unfortunately double-teamed by "ineluctable mind****ing" and the "inevitable Talk-no-Jutsu". :| A deadly combination that rarely anyone can escape from. :eww: His end was near as soon as this was set into play. U_U

I suppose I can't say anything about this since this is true.. especially since this happened to Kisame your favorite character I don't blame you. I respect that you gave a legit reason instead of blurting out "pedophile!" or something of that sort like some idiots do.. I was expecting to come into this thread to defend him over that. Well anyways you have my rep if I haven't repped you recently U_U

Never liked Kisame, but I see your point. I don't think Obito cared much about the Akatsuki, to me he seemed very selfish. He quit too easily, imo he should've fought to the death. I think he is better dead than alive. Like a go out with a bang kinda a guy.
It's possible. But, I always felt that Obito has some connection. Minor it may be, to the Akatsuki.

Obito was literally momens away from seeing the love of his life, completing the Infinite Tsukuyomi though. To be so close, gone through so much. Just to back down....

Your entire comment is perfect. All's I can really say. Kisame's character is excellent, in my eyes at least.

It was inevitable, yeah. But I still don't like the outcome.

He got talk no-jutsu'd, simple as that. Shouldn't be surprising considering its happened to almost everyone.

Obito was adamant in his plan, he never gave up & his determination to see his plan through was enough to overpower the juubi.

Everything he saw confirmed his belief [what madara told him], he always felt as though this world was hopeless.

This proves that naruto made obito see himself for who he really was, obito was trying so hard to convince himself that the world was hopeless & he didnt even realize what he had become.

He even realizes that what he's done can't be redeemed & he can't accept anything other than death.

In terms of kisame, he was merely a loyal pawn that obito made into his soldier. Ninja like kisame are the kinds of people that he needed to recruit otherwise a zetsu/konan/nagato/itachi could happen.
