you are now twisting logic you do know that right? There are people who don't want treatment cause god will cure them. That does not happen and they'll die. we both know that. The people who had treatment and survived isn't based on the fact that god did that. It's because the medicine did.

i am a big supporter in anyone who is using religion for good. but i see TOO MANY people use religions for evil. i post this in hopes people will follow what they believe is true. i may have not stated it cleary so i will now. ALL MY POSTS AND THIS THREAD IS MY PERSONAL OPINION. Good. It is fine and it is your right to state your opinion. I only question why you would state it on a forum.

It ISNT included into YOU'RE awareness.. you're clueless .. You may be doing religious rituals , but you aren't worshipping. you're just doing what people tell you to do or make you do.. ,but you're not really religious until you are aware that you're doing something <_< uh religious.. family is one thing .. born into a religious family that throws you into a religion or throws a religion on you is another. You have to make sure of what is going on.

Like killing someone.. you kill whether you're aware it was a killing or not.
but born religious is different from being born into a religion. You could be born in a Christian sect , but it doesn't really mean you're Christian.. <_<

I assure you, I was fully aware of what I was doing, and of what I was believing in at the time I was still "unaware" of my natural surroundings. You may not have known and had been cluelessly following something, but do not assume that everyone else is clueless. I think you assume most people are like zombies until they reach some "awakening" age. People do not do things blindly, for one reason or another, everyone makes a choice.

Well let me tell you this EnDash. Something created us, we didn't pop out of nowhere. I acknowledge that much, and only that much. The rest could've been written and made up by a homeless man for all I know. Maybe it gave us a life and left the rest to us. Maybe there is no afterlife. Maybe it doesn't want our worship. Everything you're accusing god of was made up by people. The god we know, is fictional for all I know.

I still accuse god or whoever it is in creating us. i don't wish to be alive, i wish i was never created. i was created and i am alive and for that i am suffering. god should have just not create me.

To the OP. I do not know how to select only your comment into a quote, so I hope you read this. From all that I wrote you only took in 5% at best. Like I said before, different religions will believe different things. So I do not know from which source you got your information from, but for me and for what I believe as true, God created everything. So yes even satan as well; however, it was because satan challenged God's authority and was trying to claim he was more powerful. It was then God banished satan from heaven and sent him to hell. As far as I know, we will never know just how powerful angels are, but considering all of the sin that satan has created, I'd think they are. You are trying to shift the blame. God is God just like satan is satan. You ever heard the term, God works in mysterious ways, we will never truly understand God's choices of actions, but we can at least learn of them. It is our duty as christians to spread the word, and try to save as many sinners as we can. Whether we do this by words or actions, I believe in the end, only God can judge us for who we are.

i like to keep my replies short so people actully read them. most people will not read a wall of text and just skip to the more shoreter posts.

And from what i saw god works in very present ways, people who say "god works in mysterious ways" preffer to blind themselves from all his wrong doing. Read the book of Job where god and satan has a bet where satan convinces god to take a believers family, wealth and give him a painful incurable disease. so that his true belief be tested. in the end Job curses the day he was burn and pray god for a reason for his misfortune (the reason was again, because satan tempted god).

god can stop all the suffering in the world, the only mystery is why he chooses not too. my best guess is because he is a jerk.

its not that I don't like god.. I mean so far as much as anyone could know, god is just a character in a book.. but what I don't like is when people worship and worry about things like god and religion as if it makes a difference .. thinking about the afterlife while you're currently alive and you can only find out if you die and wake up in the afterlife if god really exists somewhat.. people have more important things to consider than god and religion. im through with religion and god forever .. I think.. <_< it only allows more conflicts to arise although it can be used for good as well.. I don't like when people pretend its even a big deal when its just stories created by other people who have already died.

I agree with you,but on the other hand I can understand why people do that. Because they are week. They know they can't do something if someone is seek for example and then they find "hope" in God. It's just like believing in a lie,but without it you would go crazy.

I think you are only looking at God from a Christian point of view...although I do have respect for all religions you should look at the meaning of god (purusha) in Hinduism and/or Buddhism. Then you might change your one perspective on god.

Most people who are atheist or think God is a 'jerk' might only look at it from one perspective. Read the Bhagavad Gita it is quite enlightening even if you are atheist/aren't a Hindu.

you were born a human.. a human lives on earth just like other earthlings. religion happens to be included into human activity. people actually do things blindly btw .. every action doesn't take a thought to be performed..
unless you're going to say something about the brain's activity and sending signals to the rest of your body.

the reason i am here is god, everything that happend to me and other people is god. if god created everything he is a the reason for all the good and all the bad and should be rewarded for all the good AND punsihed for all the bad. people only like to remember the first.

yes, i believe in a very reasonable chance all of it exists, god and heaven and hell and spirits and all. i also 100% believe that if they do exist, i don't want anything to do with them as they are the worst enemy to humanity that ever existed. as i say if i could run away from it all i would but i can't. i am forced to live in this "faith". no matter how much i pray and bag for god to let me go and disapper he refuses. he doesn't deserve my worship or prayers.

do you blame God for all the trouble in this world?... do you or do you not believe in his existence?

as i said before, i believe there is a reasonalbe chance he exists. that means it's witihn reason that he exists. i also believe he is a jerk.

Satan did not tempt God. Yes I know this story well. But how can you say that Job cursed the day he was alive? You do not know Job. You cannot put words in his mouth or give him feeling he may or may not have had. I do not mean this in a mean way, but I do not think you are that old which means you need to grow up a little bit and mature. This way you may see the true meaning of the story.

There are things there you have not fully understood. Instead of trying to understand them with your clear narrow minded view on the subject, seek help to understand them then you can talk about it.

You know I have never realized the point of things like this. People will continue to believe what hey want to believe, unless you provide hard facts (and even then you may not convince everybody). So why do this? Attention? Spite? As all you will do is cause an argument.

To be honest, this fighting over religion is just a sample of what's going on everywhere else. We don't we learn from our billions of ancestors and not fight over this? Sometimes, I wish I was a non-human animal. Literally anything. Cats don't give two Sh*ts about a god, whales don't give three sh*ts about god, snakes don't give four sh*ts about a god!

To truly say anything about God or something in that regard, I think one has to learn about all religions wether you agree with them or not and then make a judgement instead of only taking in one perspective.
