My only problem with Kurama being extracted is.....

I don't think he'll become the juubi jin

I've said this before, but I'm hoping Madara completes the juubi and eats the fruit from it, giving him newfound power equal to the Rikudou Sennin

then he will fight maybe Sasuke/Orochimaru/Hashirama while Naruto, edo kage, and the alliance fight the complete juubi

if madara gets another power and naruto loses kurama i dont see them winning , seriously what are gonna use to fight a complete juubi? it was the sage that stop it the first time and look how much damage a incomplete juubi did, doubt kishi isgoing back down that route

well it was hinted that Naruto is the reincarnation of the Rikudou Sennin

my guess is that he might regain some of his memories of his past life as the SO6P and learn some secrets as to how to defeat the Juubi.

The Sage defeated the Juubi by sealing it inside of himself, and he had the Rinnegan, its not like he had some special mode.

Naruto was given the 9 tails so he could save the world and bring peace to the world, that's why Minato used the Reaper Death Seal and sacrificed his own life.

If he had some special power the entire time that gave him more power then he has now, that becomes pointless.

sage had the "eyes" and "body", there is no secret he could learn to bet the juubi jin without a all powerful KKG

I preferred Naruto as a character when he was trying not to rely on the Fox.

I think it would be a great twist and bring interesting dynamics if Naruto permanently had Kurama removed. But that won't happen. The Manga is likely in its final stages and thus Naruto needs to stay top-tier and without Kurama he's far from top-tier. If it was removed, there's no power-up I can imagine that would put him back on top-tier without said power-up coming off as the biggest arse-pull in Naruto history.

It's a shame. I would of loved to see Naruto learn more Fuuton techniques and somehow learn some Uzumaki techniques [Like Sasuke has with Fire, Lightning and MS Techniques] I'd like to see him learn stuff that is from him, his genes... not a demon fox with near-infinite chakra that was given to him.
