When the bijudama attacked a far away town, was it in Konoha? If so, does that mean there is no more? No more Genins that weren't allowed to battle, like Team Ebisu? Or what..

No. It was attacking random unnamed villages in an attempt to find the location of the Alliance HQ. I don't think any of the towns that were destroyed were ever shown in the series before.

Likely the only post in several months which actually used the word "fodder" correctly.
Nope.
fod·der
ˈfädər
noun
1.
food, esp. dried hay or feed, for cattle and other livestock.

OT: It was never implied that it was Konoha. Plus, Sasuke was just at Konoha, so it definitely couldn't have been it.

Really? Where else in the community has "only purpose was to take the brunt of enemy fire" been used in correct context? Because "being less powerful than another" is a grossly-terrible interpretation.

I recall a map being put up at the start of the war, that had where the HQ of the Shinobi Alliance was.... Can't be bothered to find it though

We use the term "fodder" as slang. You said "used the word correctly", meaning the correct way of the word. Our slang isn't the correct definition of fodder.

I put the actual definition in my post, Yo.

Educate yoself.

Educate yourself, you're using the wrong word. Fodder in the sense of battle dialogue refers to cannon fodder which are expendables, people used to absorb the brunt of the damage thus sparring the "necessary"/"good" forces for battle. If you're gonna try and be pretentious at least do it about the right subject.
