Considering what it did to Madara with the Juubi inside of him its safe to say Gai in eight gates is easily one of the strongest characters in the narutoverse. I would say after this hes strong enough to take anyone probably around Hashiramas level, still don't think he could take Nagato level or higher.

For me personally it goes without the Juubi

Indra-Assuming he has all of the techniques Nagato showed with all other eye techniques
Asura his equal
Nagato
Madara- A bit iffy considering what Guy did to him with the Juubi

Really think he can take out Hashirama or Bjuu mode Naruto, Sasuke and Naruto with this power up may be stronger though

I mean i guess. But im kinda putting it on a 1 on 1 stand point. And nagato 1 on 1 vs hishi or madara is a defenite loss i think. I mean if he mastered it and he didnt have to use seperate bodies then i think he would be up there. But using his normal body which has ****ed up legs would be a loss. To alot of characters actually. Naruto, itachi...
