[Technical Issue] My friends account is messing up

My friend andy recently joined narutobase his user name is toadmountainsage or something like that. He says that he can't reply to threads, and can't make posts. He would have posted himself but can't. He is really new, is this something with new members? I don't know if theres some sort of probationary period or something since registration opened

Is he in the same place as you, using the same network and/or device maybe? Could be because y'all are using the same IP address. You're not trying to make an alt are you...?

Nah, he hangs at my house a lot though and thats where he made the account. Is he not allowed to use the same ip to use the account? I guess he could just delete the account and make another at his own house

You have to wait until the account is activated. Doesn't take long.
