My friend is in jail for 10 years

I hate the law I hate cops I hate the system period! One of my bestfriends juz went to prison and he's doin 8-10 years. And they took him in today! How would u feel?

I don't judge people by wat they do. My friend was a real ass person super cool a big pot head and he was about his money. Sounds like a cool person right? One dayhe got into a fight and the person he had a fight with threatened him and his family with a gun talk in reckless. My friend want having that so he felt like he had to take matters in his own hands and he shot the guy in the leg. (below the knee) it wasnt attempted murder in my opinion he was juz defending him and his family.

edit: i just saw the reason your friend got arrested. i respect him for defending his family, but he should have went to the cops. but youre right, cops are real asses sometimes.

cops see, hear, and assume what they want. They just take advantage of their authority... =_=

No one believes anyone anymore nowadays...

your friend seemed like he did the right thing, defending his family and all, but maybe shooting him could've been avoided...?

WELL maybe you can use this experience to make your life better. but shooting him was the wrong move.

1. the guy had a right to defend his family
2. unfortunately that right doesnt take effect until the person who threatened him actually attacks his family
3. the only thing he can do before then is go to the police.

taking matters in to your own hands is against the law, thats why we have police. he had a REASON to shoot the guy but he didnt have the RIGHT to because the guy didnt actually attack his family. best thing to do is to not be put in those type of situations. unfortunately the guy you described as your friend seems like the type to put himself in these situations. so all he can do is know what he is getting in to and be prepared for the consequences.

also my cousins granddad was put in jail for 20 years. and he had an air rifle and gas gun shop.. and people were buying his stuff and turning it them into real weapons and when they got caught they just said that he had something to do with it, my cousin was only 1 when this happened he goes to visit his granddad now but he doesn't really know he's in prison ]=
