I was using the out of date version 2.4.6

how did you do it?

iv had gimp for a long time on 2.4.6 then I just decded to update and I got 2.6.6 but I can't do that

Hmm...well what I did is .

1. Created new window with 300x200 paper
2. Downloaded brushes , installed them
3. Used different brushes to make those lines and other stuff you see.
4. Used Colorize , then new layer.
5. I put some lights , then new layer
6. Used Tranparent gradient ( 3 times - each time new layer , first with green, second with orange and other with violet.)

I dont remember it all , I just did it by pressing and trying many filters =\
