OP is a free roam world. Naruto is a stationed world. I can't speak beyond this as I don't watch/read OP.So true, look at all the One Piece characters. There all developed far more and far better than in Naruto.

indeed.I wish if the dislike button is still there lol.
agree, One Piece is far above naruto in terms of character development and other things. So true, look at all the One Piece characters. There all developed far more and far better than in Naruto.
I'm talking about each character that joined the crew. They each had a detailed flash back and a full arc to go along with it.OP is a free roam world. Naruto is a stationed world. I can't speak beyond this as I don't watch/read OP.
I won't say done. This was just the beginning of his development. He was a kid and changed his way of thinking but in NS and I totally agree with your statement that Kishi missed an opportunity to show how much Neji has character had developed.Neji's character development was done. Only problem was Kishi missed an opportunity to show how much Neji has character had developed. By not having Neji meet his dead when the Kabuto's Edo Tensei was in play.
Debatable...I'm no Itachi lover, but his development was flawless.Kishi has always sucked in the character development department.
@ bold, yeah because having your family killed is fun :|Yeah, you're probably right. Her life is boring, so there's really nothing to touch on. Whereas, Sasuke and Naruto, and lots of other shinobi have actually been through real sh!t, they've felt pain, anguish and an immense need to define themselves after such hurt. Sakura doesn't know any of that. The only thing she'd ever gain is strength, and watching her gain it would be boring, as there wouldn't be any pay off, heck she doesn't even have a really powerful reason to want to seek strength. Kishi tried with the "saving Sasuke, easing Naruto's pain", her rivalry with Ino, and trying to establish a concept of worth built around her strength. But it all failed. And it doesn't matter. Because really, Naruto and Sasuke are the perfect pair. Their identities work in sync, and the alterations made in the manga to support each character formed the best possible version of Naruto and events. It's true.
Naruto's scale adjusted to match each character's (Naruto and Sasuke) paths. It was all built around them and THEIR development. The rest of K11 really had no chance because this manga really isn't about them.
Really? You can't determine how something is written contextually?@ bold, yeah because having your family killed is fun :|
If anything she had a good life.
*sigh*Really? You can't determine how something is written contextually?
Pointless reply.
I said that in comparison to Naruto and Sasuke her life is uneventful. It doesn't evoke as much interest, in other words, it's dull from a narrative perspective in the context of Naruto.*sigh*
You said she had a boring life. So if she had a life like Naruto and Sasuke who's family died her life would of been fun? (opposite of "boring", is "fun", derp).
That's what your saying. It doesn't make sense.
Glad you cleared up the confusion.I said that in comparison to Naruto and Sasuke her life is uneventful. It doesn't evoke as much interest, in other words, it's dull from a narrative perspective in the context of Naruto.
Which is part of the reason she doesn't receive as much character development as the more complex characters.
I agree with that not only sakura every character in narutoKishi has always sucked in the character development department.
Yeah, probablyHe probably has no experience with woman.
