Background Info.
History: idate morino is from the village hidden among leave (konoha) and live with his parents and his older brother ibiki morino.he is a genin ranked nin who intends to be chunnin but did not make it because he wasn't able to answer the tenth question correctly.his brother told him that he never be a ninja,but idate instructor aoi manipulated him to steal two treasure from konoha that way he could be a chunnin in the hidden village of rain he did as was told but was stopped by his brother ibiki. after the event which took place he and his brother was captured by the rain ninjas and was interrogated and tortured,then his brother made a move which idate was able to flee but at the cost of ibiki thinking that his brother has died.years later ibiki realized that his brother is doing well and is staying in the village hidden among sands and this hurts him everyday knowing that his brother betrayed his own village but not knowing idate ranned away to sunagakure thinking that his brother had died that day.one day idate found out that his brother defeated aoi and is alive so he made up his mind and went back to the konoha and was welcomed by his brother and parents and resumed his training.

Biography:
Fugaku is the father of Itachi and Sasuke, and is the captain of the Konoha Police. He was once extremely proud of Itachi and hoped he would become a leader in the Uchiha clan one day. As a result, he often neglected his younger son, Sasuke. Though, it was hinted by Mikoto that Fugaku always talked about Sasuke more when not in front of his son. This changed when Itachi grew more distant and began to neglect his duties. Fugaku began spending more time with Sasuke and even taught him the basic Fireball technique of the Uchiha clan. However, soon after, Itachi went on a killing spree and murdered him along with almost the entire Uchiha clan in one night.

Background Info.
History:Raiga is an Naruto anime filler character. Like Zabuza Momochi, he was also a former member of Kirigakure’s ANBU and a one of the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist. After leaving the Seven Swordsmen, Raiga devoted himself to protecting a boy named Ranmaru who had a kekkei genkai in the form of a special eye technique which is able to even block out the Byakugan. Raiga cared the physically weak Ranmaru on his back and Ranmaru helped him detect enemies with is special ability.

When Raiga took over a town and formed the Kurosuki Family to enforce his laws and make the villagers work in the mines for him, a team was dispatched from Konoha to investigate; it consisted of Naruto, Rock Lee, Neji Hyuga and Tenten. Although initially overpowered by Raiga’s lightning techniques, Naruto and team were able to defeat Raiga after convincing Ranmaru that what they were doing was wrong. Raiga kills himself with a bolt of lighning after being hit off a cliff by Naruto.

Like the other Seven Swordsmen of the Mist, Raiga loves battle. He wields dual spiked swords called the Lightning Fangs. The swords act like lightning rods and can be used to draw lightning from the atmosphere and direct it at opponents. The Lightning Fangs can also be joined at the hilts to form a single double-bladed sword. Although most of his jutsus are lightning based, Raiga has also shown that he can use simple water based Justus such as Hidden Mist.
