Background Info.
History:

Lost during the 3rd World Shinobi war, the Taiyougakure was a small village with only three shinobi clans. Amongst the three, the Nikkou Clan was claimed the most powerful. Because of their small number, Akio of the Nikkou Clan, head of the village, decided to become allies with Konoha to protect their small village.

At the rise of the war, they decided to help Konoha, except one. He was from the Hoishi Clan who believes that he would be a better leader than Akio. Betraying the village, he sent to the enemy information about the village’s entry.

The village was easily outnumbered and defeated. It was believed that Akio was then slaughtered right in the eyes of his 8 year old daughter. An unexplained phenomenon happened ending the existence of the village, leaving only the little girl as its sole survivor.

Rescued by the 3 legendary sannins, she was brought to Konoha, enrolled in the academy and continues to train.

Yikes! my posts just went up then, changing my Rank to Chunnin. I was still a Genin when I posted this. Do I also have to change the Ninjutsus? I haven't really trained as a Genin yet.
Uhhm, KG was sealed off and suppressed because character is too weak to handle it. So, character does not really posses any KG. Its just part of history. Or will that still count in?

I rather have no mention whatsoever of a custom KG to avoid any confusion. An no your jutsu's remain the same as whether you're a genin, chunin or jounin, when you make your first bio you only learn those E-rank ninjutsu's by default and all the rest you need to learn.
