Do you think Kakashi would be in the top 10 most powerful ninjas if he had a greater amount of chakra??? say as much as Jiraiya??

I believe so... He has a wide range of attacks and is known to copy the jutsus of his opponents granting him the alias of "Copy Ninja"...

If I recall, he is widely feared and known in most lands. Also, he is the number 1 candidate for the next Hokage...

Please, oblige me with your reasons as to why he wouldn't be or why he should be in the top 10.

After Tsunade it'd been Danzou so Kakashi is not the no.1 Candidate. And besides, Kakashi even with Jiraiya's Chakra amount would not make a difference because Kakashi does not have any special moves or anything like Sage Mode for example. He is very weak without his Sharingan too...

Right, Danzou used Shisui's eye to manipulate the Daimyou, so he became Hokage. Kakashi would be quite strong with the chakra amount of eg Jiraiya. I mean, just one Raiton Kage Bunshin no Jutsu and his chakra is half down .... Also his MS would last a bit longer I guess.

haha you are funny first who wouldn't he use his sharingan and than he has many jutsu and I think he has Raikiri Nagashi or he will have it ... he can also use kirin but thats if some1 makes him thunderclouds

In my personal opinion, I could see him being in top 10. He has a good standpoint on teamwork, has the battle tactics/experience to back it up, not inculding his sharingan, mangekyou, chidori and copy abilities. As I said earlier, in my opinion, yes lol. Heck he even had Pain tell him he was a dangerous shinobi who needed to be killed or something around there...I think that is worth something lol.
