Chapter 665: Samurai Vs Jinchuriki
*Back in Konoha, two chunnin level shinobi are watching the entrance of the village*
Shinobi 1: Man…Does anything ever happen in this place?
Shinobi 2: Well, I think its still better than fighting in that war, right?
Shinobi 1: Hell Yeah!*Looks at the Horizon* Hey, wait…look! Someone`s coming!
Shinobi 2: What?! *Turns to look as well* Are you serious, we haven’t had visitors in days…
Shinobi 1: I don’t think that’s a visitor…
Shinobi 2: What do you mean by that?
*As the figure gets closer we see that it is Anko, panting heavily*
Anko (With Difficulty): Help me you…idiots…*Falls to the ground*
Shinobi 2: Anko?! What is she doing here?!
Shinobi 1: Come on!! Let’s go and help her!
Shinobi 2: Right!
*Shinobi 1 grabs her and checks for pulse*
Shinobi 1: She`s alive…but her condition…we have to take her to the hospital.
Shinobi 2: Anko…what happened to you…?

*We return to Obito and the Shinobi Alliance*
Gaara(thinking): He made a cloak with Chakra…?
A: A cloak won’t change the outcome of this fight! CHARGE!!
Obito: Do as you want. *Calls forth the Kusanagi, that flies to his hand* Nothing will change.* Disappears in a Body Flicker and reappears in front of the army, he uses his blade to cut through all the people there, never letting someone touch him, having all attacks thrown at him either dodged or blocked by his blade until he decides to try a spin attack at the nearby Shinobi followed by a medium range Almighty Push to throw all the enemies at least fifteen meters from him*
Obito (thinking): Let us see who dares to step in the ring first…?
*None of the Shinobi dares to step beyond the line that the Almighty Push imposed, meanwhile Gaara is seen flying above Obito In a sand cloud, thinking of his next moves, however Obito notices the Young Kazekage`s movement*
Obito: There. *Body Flickers to Gaara`s left and prepares his sword to strike*
Gaara (Thinking): Damnit!! *Raises his hand and sand comes to his aid, the sand does not block the Kusanagi`s swipe, but manages to change its direction so it doesn’t hit Gaara*
Obito: You escaped this one…*Holds his sword high above his head* It won’t happen again.
*As Obito brings the sword down another blade blocks his own and manages to throw the Uchiha back, the sword`s owner then lands in the ground together with Gaara only to reveal himself as the Samurai General of the Land of Iron Mifune*
Mifune: Young Lord Kazekage, are you hurt?
Gaara: No, I’m fine…thank you for saving me.
Mifune: It is only my duty as the General of Fifth Division Commander of the Allied Shinobi Forces to protect my comrades in battle. *Enters in his combat position* Now if you please stay back, I plan on dealing with the Jinchūriki.
Gaara: He is too powerful; you won’t manage to make it!
Mifune: Lead the army back; I shall soon join you after giving you all enough time to restore your formation.
Obito: …
Gaara: Right then. *Gaara turns and gives orders to the Shinobi alliance*
*The army starts to move back as Mifune and Obito stay still, looking at each other`s eyes*
Obito: You do realize there is no way for someone to defeat me with simple swordsplay, do you not?
Mifune: What will I achieve by staying here and doing nothing, might I ask?
Obito: Survival.
Mifune: *Slightly smiles* I do not fear death.
Obito: You should.
*A soft breeze blows in the battlefield*
Obito (thinking): Once he tries to strike I will place him under Genjutsu and finish him off in a fast swipe.
*Mifune dashes as Obito foretold and the Jinchūriki tries a Genjutsu on the him with his Kamigan, however the Samurai continues with his attack much to Obito`s surprise, forcing him then to block the attack with the Kusanagi, Mifune`s blade still manages a small cut on Obito`s cheek before both Man jump back*
Obito: What…? How?
Mifune: A simple Genjutsu won’t work on me, a Samurai must have not only a strong body but a strong mind as well.
Obito (thinking): I see…Zetsu told me he had been manipulated by Danzo, so he must have trained himself not to be put under a genjutsu again…This man is no average foe, to train his eyes for such task in such little time...I must be more careful.
Mifune: So…shall us continue?
Obito: Even though you managed a cut…*Cleans the blood of his cheek* I guarantee you, it wont happen again.
*Both the swordsman dash at each other and start clashing swords in a storm of sparks as the sound of metal against metal fills the air, finally both clash and hold their blades, each one trying to push the other back*
Mifune (thinking): Damn this man, he blocked all of my attacks…that eye of his must have something to do with it…
Obito: *Smirks* You`re just too weak…*Throws Mifune back with his sword*
Mifune (thinking): If this goes on I won’t be able to survive…*Prepares himself to dash against Obito, uses his chakra in his legs to boost his speed and his nature transformation (fire) on his sword*
Obito: One last attack? Well, then fine. *Prepares his sword*
*Both Dash at each other ready to attack, before preparing their respective blades and we see blood flying, Obito is revealed to have stabbed through Mifune`s left shoulder and Mifune stabbed right through Obito`s left knee*
Obito: Almighty Push! *Throws Mifune (who is still holding his sword) back, the samurai lands on his feet*
Mifune: I doubt you will be able to move much after that.
Obito: *Smiles* same goes for you…however…*The hole made in his knee by the blade starts healing in incredible speed*I heal. You don’t.
Mifune (thinking): Damnit…*Looks at the army, that already regained it previous formation* I have to join them, my job here is done. *Starts running towards the army*
Obito: Not so fast!! *Makes two Shadow clones that run towards Mifune*
Mifune: What?!
*The samurai and the clones start clashing in a dance of death and danger, Mifune manages to keep them back and block their attacks with only one arm but only that is a barely done job, then suddenly, the two clones jump back*
Mifune (thinking): Why did they jump back…Unless-
*The Real Obito comes out of the ground with the Hiding Mole technique and lands with his knee in Mifune`s abdomen before kicking him back, as the samurai gets up again the first clone body flickers in front of him*
Obito Clone 1: Dance…*Lands an horizontal slash at Mifune`s chest before disappearing with a poof, opening way for the second clone*
Obito Clone 2: …of the Crescent…*Slashes from the lower right to the upper left of Mifune`s armor before disappearing again, finally the real Obito is seen falling from the sky*
Obito: MOON!! *Lands and slashes from the upper right to the lower left of Mifune`s armor before opening a palm at his face* Almighty Push. *Throws the Samurai back, making him land far away from his blade*
Mifune (thinking): I…I need to get to my blade, now! *Gets up and starts walking towards the sword with difficulty*
Obito: You just don’t give up, do you? *Makes a hand gun and at the tip of his finger a small sphere of wind starts to accumulate* Wind pistol. *The small air bullet flies at high speed and hits Mifune in his right shoulder, throwing him down at the ground again*
Mifune (thinking): My arms…I can’t move my arms…
Obito: Universal pull. *Does a small universal pull to get Mifune`s sword closer to him, he then kicks it high in the air as the samurai slowly stands up. Obito then grabs the blade midair and disappears in a body flicker before reappearing in front of his enemy, he slashes at the man`s legs making him fall to his knees and presses both swords` blades in the men`s neck in a scissor like way *
Mifune (with difficulty): Ugh…my neck…*A small drop of blood comes out of his neck*
Random Samurai: Lord Mifune!! *Starts running towards Obito along with a small company of other samurai*
Obito: See…? They want to rescue you. However we both know this is impossible…don’t we?
Mifune: …
Obito: What is it? Why don’t you answer?
Mifune (with difficulty): …do you really think you can win this war? You think we will let you…you of all people succeed? No…Even if you succeed with the plan on using your eye on the moon…It won’t….It won’t work…
Obito: Why is that?
Mifune (with difficulty): Because even if you talk about perfection, you will never achieve it…it doesn’t matter what you`ve become, you will always be human…men are imperfect creatures…and…if you think that power makes you any different you will soon discover it…you will never succeed…
Obito: SHUT UP!!! *Slashes both blades, causing blood to fly and hit a small eye of sand nearby*

*Gaara is seen with a shocked expression while holding a hand over his left eye*
Gaara: He…
A: What is it?
Gaara: Lord Mifune…is dead.
…
*Obito walks towards the army and the samurai, leaving behind Mifune`s blade, which is sulked on blood*
Obito: So…*Points the sword at the army* Who is next?
Extra Note: One of my favorite movies is star wars, in fact: Mifune`s death scene was inspired by Count Dokku`s death in episode 3, really cool.
