Perfect list I would move 4 Raikege one tier up. Based on their place I think you didn´t include Edo for Oro and Kabuto.

I really dont see how Oro or Gaara beats 4 Raikage.Oro´s summon manda head is cut just like Gyuuki horne or tail. Hydra is too slow and huge and Raikage wont have problem cutting her heads.Oro can regenrate but his chakra is way inferior to 4 Raikage who was stated 2 times to have bijuu chakra level reserves.

Oro and Gaara are too slow to hit him and to react on his V2. In worst case scenario Raikage can outlast them.

And about the Fourth... The thing about the tier lists is that sometimes the one below may win in a direct fight but is overall weaker/with less techniques than the other...

Well by simple logic we could assume Kage Darui > Manga Darui. Since by manga feats Darui is not kage level, but Kage darui obviously is. Anyways in the Boruto movie he showed amazing speed feats so his speed should've gron drastically, maybe that's why he became Kage.

And choji is leagues above Neji. His giant BM form is all we need to tell. He ended the beach battle himself by defeating Kakuzu. Neji lacks that kind of feats that's all. I wouldn't even dare to say Neji has better feats than Asuma, who's not elite jonnin level.

Only going to make a couple of points, I enjoyed the pictures, honestly:

1. Momoshiki is for the "demi-God" tier. Adult Naruto and Sasuke one-shotted him while they were both drained, he got rejuvenated by scientists, Boruto one-shotted his Rinnegan and then he was one-shotted... again. By both feats and portrayal, he can't be in the same tier as people like Kaguya or JJ Hagoromo, since those same Naruto and Sasuke would get destroyed against them.

2. Toneri needs to be below BM Minato. I used to greatly overestimate the guy, but he's actually not that strong.

3. Kinshiki should be below BM Minato as well.

4. Bee should be above Kabuto. I hope EjB isn't reading this, but Edo Itachi can pull off a win over Kabuto as well (no ET), though it's fine if you keep it that way.

5. Prime Hiruzen is at least below Ay III.

6. Oonoki is way too low, imo should be at least above Gengetsu.

The Edo Itachi -DSM Kabuto is really a grey area and I personally consider them equals, tbh :lol:

Brute strength is not everything. Neji is faster than Chouji, and with gentle fist he should be more than able to neutralize Choji's attacks and neutralize him

-Against other enemies, Choji ouperforms Neji every time.
