My definitive list! Two years after the end of the series, I decided to make a top 50 of all the strongest characters shown in the series in my humble opinion. What are your thoughts on it?

Because Hashi has greater DC and power. Kinshiki's greatest feat at full strength was cutting a dead Shinjuu like tree (the one in the war was way bigger). Hashirama's Wood Golem and SS will crush him. Also Kinshiki struggled with the Kage in the movie.

Very good list, though juubito is superior to both kakashi and toneri, and muu IMO is above tobirama, but I just saw the top 20

This list is pure gold. One of the best I've ever seen here in NB till now

How can Killer Bee be above Kisame? Prime Hiruzen is featless and...Stopped reading after you put Jiraiya above Ay. Terrible list.

About the questions:
1.Kisame was a terrible matchup against Bee, since Kisame himself prided himself to be the "perfect Bijuu hunter". Plus Bee at his strongest also have the Samehada, putting him above a Kisame with Samehada
2. The portrayal of Prime Hiruzen is consistent enough to gauge his power
3. SM Jiraiya (his strongest form) is definitly superior to Ay
But again, its your opinion... No biggie *_*

Nice list

I'd put:

Deidara higher on his tier
Itachi on the same tier Tobirama is
Darui and Kimmimaro one the elite jonnin tier
Add choji to the low Kage level list and remove Neji from the list

I kind of lowered the "low Kage" bar after Darui offically became Kage...
I would lower Itachi, but I believe that in his strongest form (as I stated on the OP) as an Edo he overcomes his greatest weakness (chakra reserves) and deserves to be put on that tier
And do you believe that War Arc Choji is above War Arc Neji?

Nice list and good effort .
-Toneri needs to be below hashirama/bm minato and above Nagato ,kinshiki and the others .
-Kinshiki needs to be below BM Minato .
-Bee can probably be above Edo itachi and SM kabuto.
-Edo tobirama /Alive tobirama w/Edo needs to get above kabuto and itachi and possibly Bee .
-Danzu w/KA should be at least above kisame,muu and jiraya .
-hiruzen needs to go down below jiraya,third and fourth raikage ,Unoki ,Danzu and possibly diedra,garage and second Mizu .
-bored to continue.

Perfect list I would move 4 Raikege one tier up. Based on their place I think you didn´t include Edo for Oro and Kabuto.

I really dont see how Oro or Gaara beats 4 Raikage.Oro´s summon manda head is cut just like Gyuuki horne or tail. Hydra is too slow and huge and Raikage wont have problem cutting her heads.Oro can regenrate but his chakra is way inferior to 4 Raikage who was stated 2 times to have bijuu chakra level reserves.

Oro and Gaara are too slow to hit him and to react on his V2. In worst case scenario Raikage can outlast them.

Well by simple logic we could assume Kage Darui > Manga Darui. Since by manga feats Darui is not kage level, but Kage darui obviously is. Anyways in the Boruto movie he showed amazing speed feats so his speed should've gron drastically, maybe that's why he became Kage.

And choji is leagues above Neji. His giant BM form is all we need to tell. He ended the beach battle himself by defeating Kakuzu. Neji lacks that kind of feats that's all. I wouldn't even dare to say Neji has better feats than Asuma, who's not elite jonnin level.
