So yesterday at football practice, I went in for a tackle (of course I took his ass out, he was decent sized LB), any how I was blocking for my Running Back, and like I totally plant this LB on his ass, thing is he was light as **** (he was weighing in like 160-ish I believe) my damn arm went crashing down after I tackled his ass and like I fell on it while it was extended to my side, couldn't feel it for a couple of minutes.

It's still hurting what should I do? I've already applied Ice for a few hours.. I've got practice in two hours.

consult doctor! Use Fast Relief if it is muscle ache.

Ain't nobody got time to go to the doctor. I'm going to get my physical Wednesday so many they can help me with my shoulder?

And nah it's not a muscle ache I don't believe.

You'd be best consulting either a physiotherapist or doctor.

You could also just bite through the pain at the (big) risk of making your injury worse.

what kinda pain do you feel? if it isn't muscle ache then you better understand it might be serious.

It's my right deltoid, the top part. When I move it up it hurts a bit, an aching. I hope it's just my muscle hurting from falling on it.

Although I'd recommend you see a doctor first, and let him decide.

Yeah this is probably the best bet, but I just started 1st String LB, and fb so missin practice is straight KILLER to me, as well we have a scrimmage soon.

I'm probably going to pop a few pain killers as the quote below me advised, then go see a doctor.

use rubs or sprays, take dichlophenac sod. and rest. i hope it'll be fine. :)

While the shoulder joint provides the largest range of movements, it is also one of the weakest joints of the human body (generally more mobility means less stability). So if I were you, I would go to a doctor and check what is wrong with your shoulder. The last thing you want to do is to make it worse and extend the recovery period.
