Because those "cartoon characters" are childish and unrealistic. "Anime characters" are more realistic and seem more likely than cartoon characters. Goku beats most characters anyway.

You didn't spell it or anything, you were saying something like: Code Geass is stronger than Light.Smart Ass!

Depedns what Kratos has, if he has magic, medusa's head, prometheus bow, chains of Hades,the blade of Olympus and so on I doubt Kenpachi would beat Kratos. Goku would f*ck Whitebeard badly, no discussion there, and I'm a whitebeard fan.

Which man do you mean? And no, he's just a samurai. Nothing supernatural about him particularly.
Believe me, I know a lot about this Anime/manga because it's my favorite. Re watched it about 4-5 times, all 265 episodes and currently reading the manga. It's more of a comedy manga than it's a battle manga btw.
