He blindsided Burgess. It doesn't say much. People are just too quick to jump into conclusion just like the retarded guys who said Doflamingo was down for the count just because the chapter ended with a hit. Can't people just learn to wait til the end before saying anything conclusive? Sabo is infront of a weakened Doflamingo at the moment. Do you think Sabo is weaker than weakened Doflamingo? Or do you think he'd defeat him during the 10minutes charge time Luffy has left? Obviously Burgess has to be strong enough to hold him until at least that long

Burgess is probably a level below Sabo the second-in-command for the revos.

Just answer to this. We have 10minutes with Burgess/Sabo/Doffy in the same place right now with Doffy being severely weakened, but wanting to finish off Luffy(that Sabo wants to protect)

If Sabo can "fodderize" Burgess, what do you think will happen during those 10minutes?

- Do you think Sabo will just have his way in finishing a weakened Doffy with Burgess around?

hes not going to fight mingo.. Though this entire arc would've ended if he had fought Mingo.

Doffy is trying to finish off Luffy during those 10minutes. Do you think Sabo will just stand idly by? He is trying to protect Luffy right now, so a Doffy trying to finish Luffy off will have to face him unless someone interferes(Burgess)

They already clashed in the coloseum and neither could injure the other with Sabo having to cheat by breaking the coloseum bottom floor as a distraction to steal the fruit. Sabo expressed worries in fighting Burgess back in the coloseum.

Koala herself feared Burgess and was totally shocked when she saw him able to jump down a mountain in a single leap(with guys like Zoro fearing to die if they fall from that height or Luffy spending like 10chapters to climb that mountain). You're severely underestimating Burgess i believe. He is the first fleet commander of a yonko. His position isn't that much different than Sabo. Don't get me wrong, i do think Sabo is stronger especially now that he got a power-boost with the mera, but it won't be a walk-over

Exactly. Koala, who spends lots of time watching Sabo fight, was amazed by Burgess' ability to jump all that way and he unharmed. He's the commander of a Yonko's crew. People are severely underestimating him.

They didn't trust Shiryuu when he joined, they seem to trust him now.

The things is Oda wouldn't allow Sabo to kill Doffy,Oda wants Luffy or Law to do it.

But basically Sabo would indeed defeat Doffy and blitzed Burgess.Last time Sabo had a battle with Brugess Sabo destroyed him with hand to hand haki...
