my argument for hinata replacing sakura being the new heroine

WHAT? What manga are we reading even? When Naruto was about to be slashed by Zabuza's sword, forest of Death... Hello?
the only argument i can think of is the forest of death, however that argumetn is debunked becasue she, ino, shikamaru, rock lee and the rest all failed. it was a team effort. it was ultimately sasuke that saved the group.

Well debunked, why? If she wasn't there in those particular moments, those two could've died. Period.
Zabuza's sword... Well, it seems we aren't reading the same manga.

in any case you do have a point with zabuza's sword, i haven't read that chapter in a long time, and in the anime that scene wasn't included, so i forgot about that. so i apologize for that.

i still very much disagree about the forest of death, becasue lee, ino and the rest would've intervened. just to say that sakura did everything is crazy talk. still they all were beaten and were rescued by Lord sasuke.

still i will never change my mind on Nami> hinata and sakura put together. nami has been invovled in every single plot structure and saved luffy 1000 times over. it makes sakura's one panel save look like a fodder, and hinata saving the shinobi alliance and naruto well that is impressive, but stil it pales in comparison to the almighty nami. >_<

While I could cite the fact that Kishi himself outright disagrees with you and go "/thread," I feel like I should at least address some of your points.
Moreover, if it had been Sakura who attempted this "heroic" rescue and got knocked out, I could assure you that the fandom would simply use it as more fuel to bash on her and call her weak & useless. Double standards maybe?
Also, I like how people selectively disregard all of the "heroic" things that Sakura did before Naruto's arrival and afterward. Like how she punched out one of Pain's summons with one hit, saved and healed a little girl and her grandmother, took charge of the medical facilities, watched over Tsunade when she was down and out, had all of the villagers evacuate when she heard that Naruto had gone six tails, healed Hinata before she died, etc... She acted as a leader the whole time, and you're getting on her case for abiding by Naruto's wishes to not interfere during the fight? She couldn't even see what was going on directly, unlike Hinata.
But he didn't; he's planning something else for her.
All I can really say is, don't let the Hinata fanboyism blind you. She is a great person, but she has been and will always remain a supporting character.
Hinata saved Naruto from Pain? I suggest you go read that chapter again. Hinata attempted to fight Pain, and was knocked out in one hit. Partly because of her lack of character development up to that point, Kishi decided to up her role and use her as a plot device so that Naruto could have motivation to go into his 6 Tailed Form.

And that bring's Hinata's development full circle, as hinted at with Ch. 573. Kishi has said that he will give all of Konoha 11 their shining moments during the war, and this was Hinata's. It was fitting that she should be the one to give the speech, seeing as how her cousin Neji had just died giving essentially same speech to Naruto right before. It would have been out of place for Sakura to be the one doing so. And no, Hinata wasn't the one to ultimately snap him out of it. Credit goes to Kurama for that.
Which only makes it more blatant that Kishi is keeping Sakura out of the spotlight on purpose. If Kishi really wanted to downgrade Sakura to a support character, he could easily have had Sakura heal Naruto's shoulder right there and went, "Hey guys, look! There's Sakura getting her shining moment in this war. Character development...done!"

Sakura is still the main heroine ^.^
This is because she is a support role character in addition to a main character. So, instead of taking the direct actions and feats, she works in the shadows. Her medical feats have allowed Kankuro, Gaara, Naruto, and even Sasuke to accomplish what they have (also note Naruto and Sasuke are also both combat feats)!!!

While I would agree that Sakura should do something drastic such as saving Naruto, she has already proven herself useful time and again. It's just that majority of the fans are averse to giving her credit for anything.
Case in point: after the Tag-Team Sasori fight, people started arguing that Chiyo did 90% of the work and Sakura was nothing more than a human puppet. They conveniently forgot that it was Sakura who created and provided the antidotes, destroyed the Kazekage puppet on her own, took the killing blow for Chiyo, etc..etc.. The whole fight was a 50/50 effort on the duo's part (back when teamwork actually meant something in the series), but people remain blind to the fact.
To generalize, the psychology is not:
"I hate Sakura because she sucks."
But rather:
"Sakura sucks because I hate her."
When people loathe a character, they actively look for things to call her out on and bash her with, while conveniently overlooking any of the good that she does.
If Sakura were to sacrifice herself for Naruto now, the fandom would simply go:
"YEEES!! FINALLY THE B!#CH IS DEAD. LET'S CELEBRATE!!!!!"
It will have proved nothing to them.

Haha, I see Chatte is still out here fighting for the Sakura cause! xd
IMO, Sakura is the main "heroine" of the story and hopefully she has a large part in bringing Sasuke back around. At least that will increase her usefulness in the eyes of Narutobase.
That said, Hinata has developed as a main/supporting heroine as well and seems to be fitting in the role of a future "pairing" with Naruto (not that Kishi really focuses the story on romance).

while i was saying logical people. there are those who just don't find sakura useful, simply because the way they read the series or because she hasn't had much screen time. now if sakura was to pop up and pull a minato/kushina/itachi/hinata/iruka and sacrifice herself for naruto, she will gain an immense amount of respect. to forfiets one's own life to save another is one of the main charactersits of a hero.

i believe a scene like that will show Sakura more than whatever the sakura haters see her as, and finnaly recognize her potentional. true some of them might be happy, for example my favoirte book series is the wheel of time, i never liked egwene one of the main characters, but when she sacrifced herself for Rand(the hero) my opinion changed drastically.

of course if we are just talking about teh certain people who say, sakura has small boobs so she is useless, thsoe guys can't be changed, even if sakura defeated the juubi they wouldn't change their minds.

The problem lies within the ratio of rabid fanboys to rational people who dislike her base on their own judgement. The former outnumbers the latter so much that that even if Sakura were to die a heroic death, her reputation as the "Worst Character in Naruto" would not change in the slightest.
But yes, if Kishi does it well, I would not mind Sakura sacrificing herself for Naruto.
