I had to make it that way. Imagine how many Fanboys/Fangirls would try to get mad at me if I put them at single ranks, so I had to play it safe and do it that way.

Your list is nice. I only put Kakuzu up there cause of his 4 hearts and 4 elements.

I know it says not to post if you disagree. But prime hiruzen was never shown, if anything edo showed us that and he's not even the strongest hokage. Plus 22 people doesn't equal a top 15.

He's just up there for lolz.

I dont know for the others but minato can dodge kamui and he cant use it many times since his chakra levels sucks

No, his chakra lever are very good. Why? Cause he can use senjutsu. Last panel. Read it well.

right... not a bad list.. agree with like 80% of it.. I don't get your logic for putting Kisame anywhere near that list though, I mean the last thing he did was get absolutely 1-shot obliterated only by Gai's 7th gate. I believe he's low Kage level =d....
Throw Jiraiya in there instead - he's miles above Kisame and fits in very nicely with that group I think fighting ability-wise. Also throw Kakashi down 1 group. I'd take Kakuzu off as well, I mean his edo was stomped by choji with the help of shikimaru. Move third Riakage up in the place of Kakuzu and there ya go!!!!
