Battlefield is nifty, but it's not fast paced enough for me. People like to compare battlefield to real combat, but I have never played a video game that actually made me feel like the real combat I've actually been in. The fact of the matter is, MW3 is a fast paced game, whereas battlefield is an extremely slow paced sit in a corner or hop in a tank and blow people up in their spawn for the entire match type game.
Haha, If you want fast paced action do a city map. Around every corner are 3-5 people shooting at you all in different places. Assults happen all the time from every direction.
Sit in a corner or tank and blow up a spwan? Its no wonder it is boring for you. It isn't MW3 and sitting in a corner doing nothing does not help your team, infact that makes you a burden unless you are sniping. You are suppose to assult their base, kill the people there, try to capture the flag, keep it from being taken back, and assult the next one while dodging/killing coptors, tanks, and APC's. Half the time when I spwan I am already being shot at and I have to blow up the bloody tank killing my team mates while killing their infantry with a pistol and trying not to get shot with a missle up the ass by a helecoptor. Soon as I think I secure a location I get a missle to the knee by some bloke that pop'ed his head out of a window and began assulting a base. I have to spwan at the base, find him before he finds me, kill him, and retake the base.
If you are bored in that game it means you are being lazy and not fighting. So stop crouching in a corner, go sneak up behind them, and stab them in the neck with your knife, shoot their infantry, steal their tank, and blow the whole damn place up.
