People might say muu because of his invisibility but thats why i chose the hidden rain because even though he's invisible he'll still be visible because of the rain...^_^, Also im sure dust release could render the 3rds body useless lol so yeah a draw might be probable...

Muu, Raikage can do nothing about Muu's invisibility and flight. After a while the 3rd Raikage will refrain from using his high speed and Muu will eventually Dust Release his ass. All Muu has to do is use a large scale Jiinton, the same jutsu Oonoki used to defeat Madara's Susano'o and Mokuton clones. The 3rd cant escape that.
