Muu wins with no difficulty.. (Also wrong section)

This is a tough one. Dust release could and most likely destroy the 3rd Raikage. But the Raikage is probably fast enough to dodge Dust techs. Plus having black lighting release techs he could probably hit Muu in the sky. This fight would probably go on for awhile or until someone gets tired and slips up which would most likely by Muu, since 3rd Raikage is a tank
