From what I have seen so far from both characters I say Orochimaru would win without much difficulty.

Muu or Onoki arent good match-ups for Lord Orochimaru, they have a big advantage over him and most characters. Muu wins with difficulty.

I am not sure if this would work but when people say Muu would turn Orochimaru into dust, Orochimaru could just use Leech All Creation: Attack Prevention Technique.

You're mistaking Muu for the 2nd Mizukage. Mizu uses clam genjutsu, Muu can turn himself invisible, and make his chakra impossible to detect, and can also fly and use Dust release ( which disassembles on a molecular level )
