Idk, muu can sense minato anywhere he goes and he can go invisible completely, this is a great match up. I know i will get flammed for this but i think muu will win. The thing is, if minato could find him and be able to place a seal on him or next to him without being sensed

Muu with extreme difficulty. Minato is a close ranged fighter and has no strong offensive attacks. Minatos best beat would be to seal him, but he would need to first be able to see him and connect with him airbound. Muu's speed and intelligence is unknown but what we have seen he has the advantage.

Summonings could be a factor tho.

Its called advantages. Minato could lose to Muu, but Muu could def lose to other shinobi such as; itachi, Nagato, Garra and maybe a few more. These guys are more suitable for fighting Muu as they could be mid-long range fighters and have the power/techniques to really defeat him. Speed it's everything man, but it has its own advantages as well.
