Ive waited for somebody to create this vs thread and this is one of those match ups that is very tricky. On the surface alot of people would favour mu, me included but if you dig deeper its quiet even.

We dont know if samahada can absorb dust release.
Secondly due to kisame's fighting style, this fight will take place in water, but this doesnt guarantee and advantage since mu can fly. It does however gain kisame some immunity since he can breath/swin underwater therefore in order for mu to attack he has to either stand and fight kisame on the water, or has to come down to use dust release. Mu's invisibility would also cause problems, but kisame fused with samahada was said to sense chakra and even though mu was said to be able to suppress his chakra to the point that he cannot be sensed gaara's sand didnt do too bad.

There are many possibilities to this fight, but ill give it to mu with high difficulty

and kisame's shark attack which he used against guy's afternoon tiger can absorb the dust release i believe but for how long can mu keep up... don't you think kisame will tank him specially after kisame makes the battlefield water...

I think Kisame is physically more capable however Muu has a weapon that is almost impossible to beat, surprise jinton, because of the invisibility technique, he can come into close range of Kisame and hit him at point blank range. Kisame wouldn't be able to absorb it because no hand seal is fast enough to stop it. Also Muu has extremely fast reflexes as seen against Naruto/ Ooniki and can simply dodge most of Kisame's attacks. The problem comes when Kisame fuses and has his water prison active. If Muu cannot stop it early, the match is over. Also I assume that Muu can use fire, earth and wind techniques which would most likely be devastating, but this is just an assumption.

Muu wins.
