Terrain: Plains with a lake in the middle and trees surrounding the outskirts.
All arguing is to be done through VMs unless the conflict cannot be resolved in which case an outside opinion will be asked for.

No one excluding myself, Musasibou, Moderators, Admins, and Senseis, should their opinion be needed, may post here. Anyone else who posts here will be immediately reported.

The jutsu is too large for you to get away like that in time without even being hit, but fine. But anyway, the lightning blocks it since S rank lightning = A rank wind, just incase you were thinking that it would continue.

Making lightning crash down on you, because I haven't used a jutsu since the clones, I'd be able to perform this before you even do the clones, and if you do use the clones it strikes you, due to the fact that you apparently propelled yourself so far away. It would probably strike you while your still moving, if not, a split second after you stop. Meanwhile, both clones jump across the fissure putting them at mid range with you and use:

(Doton: Yomi Numa) - Earth Style: Swamp Of The Underworld

sorry to butt in but musasibou's first move didnt count with the shadow clone explotion as it has to be pulled off after the use of shadow clone jutsu thus making that move one his 3 mistakes

Yes, the Bunshin Bakuha has to be used after Shadow Clones, exploding clones cannot be used as a clone itself.

Hmmm.... I was consulting this with Izune since I was confused and as I was going to tell Riku this he told Izune that it can be used as a normal clone. In knowing this information I did the move thinking that it is legal. Though if the move is voided since that is the rule of it then both Riku and I did a mistake and my previous thoughts were correct. I'll take this 1 mistake since I still did it, but I have 1 question...

I read this around 3 times now just to make sure what I did was right. This jutsu saids in no way that I need clones on the field right at the moment, it might not be able to use jutsu (which is something I thought was true but now I am confused) but I can still create them normally. Ace showed me in my training that I need to create the clones with chakra bottled up in the middle of the clone like a bomb. Now Ace told me it's like a normal clone only it can blow up as a bomb in a pinch. When I'm confused about a jutsu I always ask my senseis for clarification.

If you guys are right but ace is wrong then I'm sorry but I believe my sensei Ace and Riku himself knows about this jutsu. Now if we can't use jutsus with this type of clone then why would be need to make a shadow clone that is normal but can't explode before making it into a bomb. That would contradict itself from being a normal clone to a bomb clone without being able to use jutsus. To create a bomb clone you need to evenly distribute the chakra from the user to the making of the clone but with a bomb clone you add the chakra more to the middle of it so it can have the ability to blow up.

I'm sorry emperor and Kaito but I believe that the bomb clones can use jutsu, can blow up, can be made without having a shadow clone out, and that our moves are correct. If this is not true then the jutsu needs to be rewritten since this does not clarify the use of the clone entirely. I thank you for your input and I hope we can come to see if this is a real mistake or not. I also will gladly take the mistake needed since kaito said it would be one.

I'm not challenging your ability to judge, but I am challenging the accusation about riku's and my move. This jutsu clearly needs rephrasing.

Accepted, the jutsu does need rephrasing to be more exact.
However, anyone with knowledge of the Naruto series will know that there are no such things as "exploding clones" and that a shadow clone may be made to explode as a separate technique.

Note that because you waited so long to block the fire (until basically the last minute) the fire would have already have gone over the tar meaning that it's still a lava pit.

As you do the first jutsu, I jump over the fissure as well, so that when you finish it, I have time to use (as you start using the wind jutsu):

Description: This technique raises a large ridge or hill (plateau) from the ground. The user can combine this jutsu with Water Style: Waterfall Basin Technique to create a waterfall.

Making a large plateau rise up from BEHIND you, coming up from the lava pit. The rampart is now covered in lava so you slam into it and are immediately killed from the lava. I'd have enough time to do this before you got to long range because I was within mid-range of you by the time the second jutsu started. You'd have NO way of dodging this because you don't even know it's there and because you were propelled apparently pretty quickly, you wouldn't be able to stop yourself in time. At the same time, the clone who used the swamp uses:
