Also most people have forgotten that Kurama recognized Tobi when he used his Sharingan to control him.
1. Obito activated his Sharingan the day he "died". So Kurama couldn't have recognized tobi as Obito
2. Nobody had taken control of Kurama using the Sharingan since Harashima sealed it in his wife. So it must be a much older person than Obito.
3. Also Kurama senses Chakra. Even if Tobi were to use someone's eyes, his chakra would be the same, so Kurama could have sensed a familiar chakra that controlled him in the past.

Obito right side is the side that's been replaced most likely by the zetsu like property.
