Hmmmmmm one problem.. I said make it vibrate. Your moving it. Anybody can do a simple move. It takes advanced chakra control for this technique. Moving inch by inch in one solid place back and forth. Like vibrations basically not swirling like a rasengan but moving a single portion faster than the rasengan. Takes time. *sits down*

Yes sound waves. Now im going to explain this jutsu so listen up. When it says disperse it means disolve meaning that if I send a solid form water attack at you it will lose its form. Anything with a shape it will lose its form. Unless its rock or wind. Lightning and fire will lose its form. This is the only jutsu of this kind and they wont let you create a higher rank one cause then it would be a radio frequency jutsu.

If I was you .-. not gonna tell you how to use it but this one is fairly simple. Slightly slower than the jutsu that u just did I want you to focus your chakra outside your fist. And make them vibrate.

Nicely done now. This chakra should be able to release whenever your in a short range. You cant send it far but you can send it in a short range. Now lets try and spread it out. Put it around your arms this time. Then I want you to try around your legs. Then your feet.
