Used properly and in conjunction with chakra infused rain, you can completely hide yourself from most users (sharingan,byakugan, rinnengan) can definitly see through this jutsu, but others it will prove most difficult.

Description:This technique causes a target of the user's choice to "attract" raindrops. The water in the rain drops will attach themselves over an opponent. Once enough water has gathered over an enemy it will also attach to the ground, holding the user's opponent to the ground.
Recall how you used the glue rain jutsu. Very similar but this time instead of focusing your chakra to make the rain sticky. Focus them towards a particular target. Once target is choosen the rain that he dosed in, as well as the rain that falls on him will bind them to the ground or any nearby object.

After saying this words,i then make the rain that already hitted the bunny and the rain that is hitting him transform into a much more glue like form and bind the bunny to the ground,preventing him from escaping or moving at all.

I focus a big part of my chakra towards a bunny that is standing still in mid-range from me.I keep focusing without loosing concentration and then
i make the rain that had already hitted the bunny and the rain that is hitting him now too,transform into a much more glue like form and bind the bunny to the ground(like glueing him to the ground),preventing him from escaping aswell as moving at all,since the glue is very sticky and sticks his limbs against his body,preventing any possible movement..

There are a couple other C ranked rain jutsu but i'm skipping them for now. I would like you to know some attack/defense jutsu.
This next one take 3 turns to form up in the sky before you can use to attack the opponent. All frozen rain jutsu take 3 turns to form in the sky, unless it's a custom combined with wind.
