Well concenrating chakra in my neck isn't that hard, i've learned fire, >_> it burns...
I focus a big portion of concentrated earth chakra in my neck then, i use chakra manipulation to turn it into thick mud as it leaves my mouth, resulting in thick mud shots, which i aim at your clones head.

Once again i focus earth chakra in my throat, and uses chaka manipulation to turn it into mud, i then exhale the mud with great force, and aims it for your clones head, as the mud hit your clone, i make it solidate, causing your clone to choke on it.

I memorize the handseals, simply by observing you doing them, then i gather a large amount of earth chakra, and sends it through the earth, i devide the earth chakra equally throughout the area i'm going to use the jutsu on, now i perform the handseals in a steady phase, and then i use chakra manipulation to pull the earth upwards, using my earth chakra, resulting in a large plateau.

almost if not for this part "i reach out with my chakra" you cant reach out with your chakra xD instead of reach out write "extract my chakra to the cliff"

I focus an even larger amount of chakra and runs up the cliff, right after i begin to run upwards, i start doing the handseals for the jutsu, and extracts my chakra into the cliff itself, to make it more unstable.
