Mugen is a taijutsu master, and has been fighting nearly his whole life. Mugen is incredibly fast, able to move at incredible speeds, however, his strength is nothing special. His main strength in taijutsu fights the speed and reaction time.

Background Info.
History:
Mugen was born in the bloody mist village, when the village was at it's worst state. He never met his parents,rumors are that they got killed shortly after mugen was born. A neighbor and good friend of the family took care of Mugen when he was younger,he grew up together with the neighbor's son, who was a couple of years older than Mugen, Hellsbadass.HBA and Mugen trained together day after day, trying to get strong enough to do something about the ways of the bloody msit village.
Many years later, Hellsbadass became the mizukage, and put an end to the brutal ways of the bloody mist and restored the village to a better state.A couple of years after HBA became the Mizukage, he went missing, so Mugen set out on an adventure, hoping to find his friend and the meaning of his life.
Mugen searched for years,going from village to village, there was no trace of HBA anywhere. Mugen trained everyday while he was on adventure, he fought many fierce opponents, met many great senseis and many strong organizations. He finally settled down in Kumogakure, sparring with friends and fighting with foes from day to day.
