Mu vs Itachi

You guys are underestimating Mū severely. Although, I don't know who'll win this.

Yes he is being terribly underrated.

Itachi is a hell of an OP guy, I admit, but I just hate to see people blindly ride him. Its just as bad as a Sasuke or Minato fanboy.

On the other hand I've seen some people make strong arguments for his side which i dont mind, I actually enjoy.

Actually muus technique does not erase his existence. its works by this

1. his techbiue bends light round his body so you can't see him
2. he completely erases his chakra.

he can still be heard and felt. hes doesn't become nothing.
itachi can not sense chakra like he admitted, but many times he has sensed presence of someone with out looking at them. also itachi has shown us that he can read his opponents motives and form a defense based on that.
he will easily do this to muu.

and most importantly as soon as muu begins his attack he is visible.
not that his attacks will be much use considering that yata mirror nullifies any technique as described in the databook.

dust release isn't faster to form than amerterasu. and muu has not shown the speed to dodge it.

I wouldnt call his dust release that slow...

It may be just as fast as amaterasu. If you notice on this page, Naruto is beginning to approach him with a rasengan (not very far away either). He even tells him to dodge because his attack would be faster.

Thank you. If Tsunade was able to crack on of Madara's Sussanoo's ribs then the dust release can damage it waaaay more than that. It destroys things on the molecular level.
