Sasuke is aboslutely the worst for yomi numa

considering its a doton, chidori nagashi shoud bea able to break sasuke free instantly. As for susanoo

sasuke can just jump within it and deactivate if he needs to move.

jiraiya lacks the speed to counter Amaterasu because he can't move faster than the sharingan. He definitely isn't moving faster than the arrows
